Looks like Micromax is on a roll. The Micromax Funbook Talk P360 and the Micromax Funbook Talk P362 tablets went on sale online last week, now a new 7-inch Funbook tablet, the Funbook 3G P560 is on sale from online retailer Saholic.  Most of the features are similar to the Micromax Funbook 3G P600 that went on sale back in February. It has a 7-inch capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich), but this one is powered by a 1 GHz single-core Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM7227A processor, instead of 1 GHz dual-core Snapdragon MSM8225A processor in the P600.

Micromax Funbook Talk P360 went on sale online earlier this week for Rs. 7,049. Now the Micromax Funbook Talk P362 is up for sale from online reatiler Saholic in India. Even though it has a 7-inch (480 x 800 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and voice calling support through the SIM card slot, similar to the P360, it has a slightly better single-core processor clocked at 1.2 GHz and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). Other features are similar including a 2-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, 1 GB RAM and a 3000 mAh battery.

The Micromax Funbook Talk P362 is now available from Saholic for Rs. 7,499. Flipkart has also listed it at a slightly higher price, but it is currently out of stock.

Viber has launched a new beta version for the BlackBerry OS 5 and OS 7 devices that brigs VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) calling support over WiFi and 3G, as they promised. The Viber for Android had voice calling feature since the launch back in May 2011. Voice calling feature for the Viber app for BlackBerry and Windows phone has been the most expected feature since the first beta release back in May 2012. Viber for Windows Phone 8 got voice calling with HD voice and lots more new features in the latest update earlier this month.
Viber for BlackBerry v2.3 update got stickers and emoticons in text messages in the version 2.3 update earlier this year. Voice calling support which is available only for BlackBerry OS 5 and OS 7 devices technical limitations. The new version 2.4 beta also brings bug fixes, performance enhancements and stability improvements.
