Gionee P1 with 3.5-inch display, 1 GHz processor launched for Rs. 4999
Gionee launched the Dream D1, the company’s flagship smartphone in India last month, which we reviewed recently. Not the company has launched Gionee P1, an entry-level Android smartphone in India. It has a 3.5-inch (480 x 320 pixels) capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1GHz MediaTek MT6515M processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera (but on the press render above it’s mentioned as 1.3MP) and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera.

Intex Aqua Wonder Quadcore with 4.5-inch IPS display, quad-core processor launched for Rs. 9990
Intex has launched the Aqua Wonder Quadcore, successor of the Aqua Wonder that was launched earlier this year. It was first spotted online last week and packs a 4.5-inch (960 x 540 pixels) Capacitive touch screen IPS display, powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It packs a 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with dual LED flash and a 2 MP front-facing camera. It comes with several pre-loaded apps including Flipkart, Facebook, Nimbuzz and more. It has flip to mute feature similar to the Aqua Wonder

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 with 5.8-inch qHD display, 1.4 GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2 announced
Samsung has also announced the Mega 5.8 along with the Galaxy Mega 6.3 in their new Galaxy Mega line. The Galaxy Mega 5.8 has a 5.8-inch qHD (960 x 540 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.4 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash and a 1.9 MP front-facing camera. similar to the Galaxy Mega 6.3. It also has dual SIM support with dual Standby and dual SIM Always On feature.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 with 6.3-inch HD display, 1.7 GHz dual-core processor, Android 4.2 announced
Samsung has finally announced the rumored Galaxy Mega line of smartphones. The Galaxy Mega 6.3 is the high-end device in this series that has a 6.3-inch HD ( 1280 x 720 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1.7 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8MP auto-focus rear camera with LED Flash and a 1.9 MP front-facing camera. This phone lies between the 5.5-inch Galaxy Note 2 and the 7-inch Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 / Galaxy Tab 2 310. Huawei unveiled the Ascend Mate with a 6.1-inch HD display at CES 2013 earlier this year.

Zen Ultrafone 701 HD with 5-inch HD display, 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, Android 4.2 coming soon
Zen Mobiles is all set to release their flagship Android smartphone, Zen Ultrafone 701 HD this month. It has a It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589 processor and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It has a 8MP rear camera with LED Flash, BSI sensor, and a 3.2MP front-facing camera. Most of the specifications are similar to the Micromax A116 Canvas HD. The company launched the Ultraphone U4, a budget Android smartphone earlier this year.

The Zen Ultrafone 701 HD is priced at Rs. 11,999. It is now on pre-order from online retailer Snapdeal for just Rs. 101 and is expected to go on sale in the third week of April. Snapdeal offers free goodies including a Flip Cover, Back panel and a screen guard for those who pre-book the device from them.
Karbonn TA-FONE A34 with 7-inch display, 1 GHz processor now available for Rs. 7290
Karbonn Smart Tab TA-FONE A37 went on sale online earlier today, now Karbonn Smart Tab TA-FONE A34 is on sale from online retailer Infibeam. It has a 7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display similar to the A37, but it comes with a 1GHz single-core processor and runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). It has 2G support, voice calling and SMS through dual SIM card slots similar to the Penta T-Pad WS708C and the Swipe Halo Value Tablet that were launched recently.
